• Should have excellent experience in Tendering and preparing solution proposals, RFPs, RFIs, EOIs for various Governments and PSUs with GIS solution both as complete solution provider as GIS solution providers to SI.
• Effectively communicate technical and product information in the proposals with the help of excellent writing skill.
• Individual must possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate and present innovative solutions to the Tenders, RFPs, EOIs as a wining proposal.
• Functional work experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a strong plus.
• Help sales team by making technical presentations to the customers and support targeted sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate attention to requirements, team members and take end-to-end ownership.
• Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require technical expertise.

Role: Quality Analyst

Experience: 4 + years of quality assurance

• Experience in CMMI (L5), SEPG, SQA, Metrics, Performance Baselines, Process Trainings, and Process Compliance Audits with good understanding of the development, maintenance, and testing SDLC.
• Strong experience in Quantitative analysis of metrics data and releasing process performance baselines at the organization level
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques, QC tools, and usage of statistical analysis tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• CSQA certified/ certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 27001
