Theme: Geo-enabling Communities
India is one of
the most distinct world regions
in
terms
of geography, culture and economic development,
is in
the midst of a rapid change. This change, largely
an
effect of globalization, is supported by the rapid
development,
transmission and use of information and
knowledge.
Effective development and management of
communities
depends upon
answering a variety of questions
based
upon geospatial patterns which are primarily geographic
in
nature.
The
Ninth ESRI India User conference
aims to
discuss aspects involved in Geo-enabling Communities.
