ESRI India Technical Services (EITS) is geared towards
providing customers with all support services including system setup, training and
maintenance to their GIS. EITS teams around the country are regularly in touch with our
customers helping them work smoothly with minimum system downtimes.
Services
EITS executives install software and integrate peripherals to setup the GIS at
customer locations. EITS provides continued support to help them in the critical
learning phase that immediately follows product training as well as later if problems are
encountered. EITS help desks can be reached by phone, fax, email and soon online, here.
EITS also extends the support network with newsletters and seminars.

based service provides quality and prompt technical support
facilitating the users to effectively work with ESRI software.
